Hi, we are Annie (right) Realtor® & Tamara (left), Seniors Transitional Housing Consultants (Retired Realtor®), and as such we play a vital role in improving the lives of elderly individuals by guiding them through the challenging process of transitioning to new living arrangements. 

Our expertise ensures a smoother and more comfortable transition, providing seniors with the support and resources they need during a crucial phase of their lives. Our work directly contributes to enhancing their well-being and fostering a sense of security and belonging in their new homes.

As care givers of elderly parents ourselves as well as being in the real estate industry for over 2 decades, we realized our love and passion for being around elderly people, working with them and caring for them is something we are both passionate about, thus our inclination to transition our career into becoming Seniors Transitional Housing Consultants.  

As Seniors Transitional Home Consultants, our primary role is to guide and support seniors through the process of transitioning from their current home to a new one that better suits their needs. This might involve downsizing, moving to an assisted living facility, or adapting their current home to be more accessible.  For us, this is a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of Seniors during a significant life transition as they embark on their life’s journey during their Golden Years.
